Ground Cover - KZN Midlands

I visited Ground Cover, a leather work shop in the KZN Midlands over the weekend. They had
a huge pile of off cuts outside, which they very kindly give away for free!

The scary task of repotting my large Adenium!

I decided that it was time to repot my large Adenium Multiflorum, its been in the same pot for about 3 years now, so its long overdue!  The whole process took about 2 hours, which involved removing the plant, cleaning it off, pruning the roots and repotting - shew!

I had pruned the branches a couple of weeks ago as the leaves were covered with mealy bug! So a nice clean start for my biggest Adenium Multiflorum.

The plant from its top branches to the bottom is about 1 metre. I'll be posting a pic of it repotted soon!

Lotheni - Drakensberg

Having a braai outside our chalet at Lotheni (KZN Wildlife). Tucked right next to the Drakensberg mountains, with Guinea Fowl snacking on chips!

Hydrangea!

Hydrangea's I spotted in Hillcrest, beautiful! The one was almost in the shape of a heart.

My Nephew's First Birthday Cake!

My nephew's first birthday cake, and my first time in a long time using marzipan! This was a joint effort with my sister and brother in law! Turned out really cute :)

U2 360 Concert at Soccer City, Johannesburg

I've just come back from a weekend in JHB to watch U2. I stitched this image together its a little rough, but you get the idea! What an amazing experience, an incredible work of art!
